Dear Model United Nations instructors, club leaders, and individuals from all walks of life who are concerned about youth citizenship education: Hello! Thank you for your attention and support to the International Youth Model United Nations Conference. The 2025 International Youth Model United Nations General Assembly Summer Conference (referred to as the 2025 Summer Conference) will be held from July 20 to August 5, 2025 in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Chengdu, and Beijing. Welcome everyone! Model United Nations, also known as Model United Nations, is a globally popular academic exchange program that has been developing in China for over 20 years, cultivating numerous outstanding talents with a strong sense of social responsibility for society. In the project, teenagers transform into "little diplomats" and view, think about, and solve problems as "heads of state" or "spokespersons of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs". This process can not only help teenagers broaden their horizons, cultivate team spirit, and enhance their comprehensive abilities, but also stimulate their sense of social responsibility. The educational value of Model United is increasingly recognized by society, and many key primary and secondary schools in provinces, cities, and regions across the country have established Model United clubs or Model United courses. This year's Model United Nations Conference will set up a Chinese field for middle school students, an English field for middle school students, a Chinese field for primary school students, and an English field for primary school students. Welcome 4th to 12th grade teenage students to register! The world needs to hear the voices of young people. Let us work together to contribute as young people to a safer, more equal, harmonious, and better world. I look forward to everyone's arrival at the summer conference!

1、Delegate Awards
1) Best Delegate This award is to honor the delegate or delegation with best performance in committees. Only One delegate or delegation is eligible to obtain this honor in each committee.
2) Outstanding Delegate This award is to honor delegates or delegations who perform outstandingly in committees. Only One or Two delegates or delegations are eligible to obtain this honor in each committee.
3) Honorable Mention
This award is to honor delegates or delegations who worth encouragement in committees. Except for Best Delegate and Outstanding Delegate, only One to Four delegates or delegations are eligible to obtain this honor in each committee.
4) Best Position Paper This award is to honor the delegate or delegation who submit the position paper with highest quality in committees. One to Four delegates or delegations are eligible to obtain this honor in each committee.
2、Team Awards
1) Award of Distinction This award is to honor the best school delegation in the conference. Only One school delegation is eligible to obtain this honor in the conference.
2) Award of Excellence This award is to honor excellent school delegations in the conference. Only One or Two school delegations are eligible to obtain this honor in the conference.
3) Award of Merit This award is to honor the outstanding school delegations in the conference. Only One to Four school delegations are eligible to obtain this honor in the conference.
Note: Evaluation Criteria for Delegation Awards: The Delegation Awards are decided by the cumulative scores of school delegations. BD earns 4 points for his or her school delegation, OD 3 points, HM 2 points and BPP 1 points. 3、Faculty Advisor Award
1）Best Faculty Advisor This award is to honor excellent faculty advisors.
1.Participation fees:
Conference fee: 3680 yuan/person Before 22:00 on February 28th, you can enjoy a double discount of 400 yuan for old students and early birds; Before March 31st: a discount of 300 yuan; Before April 30th: a discount of 200 yuan; Before May 31st: a discount of 100 yuan; After May 31st: Restore the original price of 3680 yuan/person. Hong Kong venue: conference fee to be determined The attendance fee includes: attendance quota fee, venue usage fee, academic material fee, attendance material fee, personal insurance, and government taxes and fees.

Room and board Service:
In previous years, participants of the conference, including faculty and students, are generally responsible for arranging their own accommodation, dining, and transportation, including hotel stays, daily meals, and transportation to and from the venue. However, in the current conference, to ensure a smooth and successful conference experience for all attendees, the conference hotel will provide optional accommodation and dining services exclusively for participants. Individuals are free to choose and utilize these services according to their needs and preferences.
The designated accommodation for conference participants is a four-star or five-star hotel. Rooms will be assigned based on same-gender occupancy, with two individuals sharing one room. The available room types include twin rooms (with two single beds) and double rooms (with one large bed). For room allocation, priority will be given to middle school students for twin rooms, while primary school students may be assigned either twin or double rooms, depending on availability.  Please note that the final room assignments will be made based on these preferences and the availability of rooms. Please be aware that the number of rooms is limited, and reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you have a preferred roommate with whom you would like to share a room, please make a clear note of it in the registration form.
We would like to remind all participants that the accommodation service provided is optional. So you are also welcome to make your own arrangements and book hotels in the surrounding area if you prefer.
Lastly, please note that the accommodation service does not include transportation.    
Participants are responsible for their own transportation arrangements to and from the conference venue.
Refund policy:
Refunds can be requested unconditionally before 23:59 on June 15, 2025; Before 23:59 on July 1, 2025, a 50% refund is available; Starting from 00:00 on July 1, 2025, non refundable.

Click "Register" on the right or click "Register Online" through the official wechat account 国青模联 to fill in and submit the registration form; Select the committee; Pay as required to complete the registration and lock the seats.


Step 2: Academic Preparation


1. Research on the topic: Conduct academic research on the topic;

2. Seat Allocation: Finish the academic test and get a seat;

3. Position research: Research your own national position and write a position paper;

4.Submission of position paper: Submit position paper to the dais within the prescribed


Step 3: On-site Meeting


Attend the YouthMun conference.
